Recently we had to apply a chemical resistant top coat in a pool pump house with questionable concrete. After locking down the poor concrete with a penetrating waterproof membrane we applied a non slip and chemical resistant top coat to stand up to the chlorine and other chemicals that could be spilled in a pool pump house.
